“I had them install sliding glass doors. The area I needed the doors was an odd size and I needed someone who could do think outside the box, I had several other companies come and give me estimates. I kept getting estimates that were ridiculous in price and no one seemed to understand what needed to be done. With each contractor that came out, I would inquire about ways to get around some of the obstacles, each one would either say there was no way or would come up with an idea that made the project totally unaffordable. Peter listened and was able to come up with a way that made the project work and stay in my budget. I would totally recommend them. They were very professional, did a great job and everything was done as promised. Whenever you’re having construction done, a mess is inevitable, but they cleaned up and made sure they didn’t leave with a mess. Through the title search two days before closing, we find out that permits that were open 20 years ago, were never closed. I spoke with Peter Simpson from JS1 Construction who met me within 24 hours of us speaking, to go over the permits and see what could be done. Realizing the work that was done before would not pass today’s code, Peter worked for the next couple of days with the City of Pompano to fix the problems we had.
