Clients are investors and wanted to appeal to as many buyers as possible in this 55 and over community. Potential buyers love to see the space that is available in a home, so staging is the answer here. The Goal is a turnkey home (ready to move in). New kitchen and bath fixtures are desirable for budget-conscious buyers. To give the home a lighter and airy feeling, lighter neutral paint colors and white cabinets were chosen (with complimentary countertops and backsplash). A wall and pantry, at the kitchen entrance, was removed to make more open and let more light come through. The floor is in a light wood-grain long tile.
